Rules and Instructions
  1. The pet owner must provide enough food and cleaning supplies to cover the entire holiday period, as the service provider will not supply any food or cleaning materials.
  2. Communication between the pet owner and the service provider will take place exclusively via WhatsApp message.
  3. The pet care service operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After this time, the service provider will not be responsible for any needs or requirements of the pet owner.
  4. In case of any inquiries or emergencies, the pet owner must respond to the service provider within 6 hours of receiving the WhatsApp message.
  5. If a medical emergency arises for the pet, the service provider will make every effort to contact the owner. However, if time is of the essence, the pet owner authorizes the service provider to seek medical services at the nearest veterinary hospital. The pet owner agrees to reimburse the service provider for all services rendered by the veterinarian.
  6. Personal belongings and valuable items should be kept in the bedroom, and all unnecessary areas must be locked. The pet owner should keep the keys with them.
  7. All small and hazardous items that a pet can swallow must be removed from the pet-designated area.
  8. The apartment keys must be handed over to the service provider before you leave.
  9. The service provider is not responsible for any damages caused by the pet in the apartment.
  10. The service provider shall not be held responsible for any harm caused to the pet by the agreed external service provider (pet grooming service, veterinary clinic, etc.).
  11. All the pet toys need to be kept in the pet-designated area.
  12. The pet owner is responsible for any injuries caused to the service provider by the pet.
  13. All registered pets must be vaccinated with all required vaccines to ensure the safety of both the pet and the service provider.

I understand that failure to follow the rules will result in terminating the pet care service contract.
